is dhoni a best wicket keeper of india

he is an average wicket keeper, when compare eith the worlds others. may be the # 6 in the world from 9 test playing countries. i think keepers in these countries are better than dhoni Aus - Gilchrist SA - Boucher NZ - Maccalum SL - Sangakkara Pak - Akmal ---------"INDIA - DHONI" ---------- Eng Zim Ban WI - Ramdeen

I felt in the current world cup karthick should have been given a chance.

Dhoni cant able to play in pitches like in westindies . so we have to give chance to karthick. we can keep dhoni within india . if india playing matches outside india it should be karthick

i think he is good wicket keeper . he keeps well and bats well. he not played well in the world cup but he is a good player. in my opinion there is no player like dhoni to take his place.

In wicket keeping, dhoni is far behind in quality compared to dinesh karthik. After seeing his performance in the world cup, I can't help wondering whether dhoni is going to just become one, ever promising and never delivering when it matters most. Thanks.

Dhoni is a OK keeper and a good batsman in flat wickets...his technique is not suited in seaming or bouncy wickets

M.S. dhoni as he is a present wicket keeper but his present performance is not satisfactorily as it should be. Looking at the last three matches we played in world cup, his performance was not at all good. In the very first match that was against bangladesh he didn't even score a single run as we do have dinesh kartik in the squad who also is a good keeper but the only reason that dhoni is in the team is that he is a hard heater and scores good with bat. Then in the second match against bermuda his performance was ok. As bermuda is a first time participant so that cant be considered upto the mark. And in last match against sri lanka he missed the catches and also the stumping chances as well. and his bat didn't spoke. for that thing even rahul dravid can keep the stumps and in place of dhoni we can increase one all rounder or bowler or batsman whatever our captains wants.
