what are forbidden when you were in high school?i.e wearing rings are forbidden

In our high schools, first,boys are not allowed to wear long hair, but girls can. second, no students can wear rings. third, fight are forbidden forever. forth, the hair can't be dyred, that's to say, only black hair is allowed. fifth, whoever sleep in class will be pubnished. sixth, whoever kiss each other or hug will be dismissed out of school. seventh, every morning, at 5:30, everyone must do exerses on the play ground. eighth,every one must have meals at school dinning hall. ninth, every two weeks, the student can go out of the school.and so on.
those are our school rules, which hold true most high school in the county not including schools in towns.

gosh my high school was not strict, before I went to high school there was a dress uniform but the year I started they did not have it anymore. We were not allowed to roam the hall ways or be in the basement. We had to go to our class and back. No fighting of course, if you were late for class you got in trouble.If you were rude in class you were thrown out.

I once read that discipline is very loose in England and America, for example, students can sit freely and laugh as they like.now, maybe it is not so.

During highschool, these were the things that students are forbidden of:
1. No long hair for boys;
2. No wearing of earnings for boys (on any part of the bnody);
3. Only white socks should be worn;
4. No public display of affection (PDA);
5. No SMOKING and DRINKING (believe me! if the teachers found out that you smoke and drink even if outside the school premises, they will talk to you. Worst, they'll call the attention of your parents);
6. Cellphones are not allowed. When caught using those, it will be confiscated;
7. Students must wear the prescribed standard uniform.

the same with ours. and for the teachers, we either can dyred our hair. what is more, we have to go out of work after 9 in the evening, sometimes 9:30

When I was in high school, we have to obey the rules otherwise we will stay at the principals office or we will sent home. You cannot enter the school premises without the following:
1. No ID
2. Not wearing a proper uniform
3. Not wearing black shoes & white socks
3. Late for flag ceremony
Dining should be at the dining hall only, no loitering in the school premises, if you're late at the flag ceremony better go home instead.
