Why do myLot allows such discussions to proceed. Such type of discussion creates hatred between different religions. If you dont believe other religion then shut the F*CK up, why do you critisize other religions. I see now a days that discussions on religion is being started frequently. Dont you think that this type of discussions should be deleted and the user should be warned about it???? YOUR COMMENTS!

Why are you so defensive aout religion?. You even have to use expletive deletives. This forum was started in a free country and discussions on religion should not be censored as long as they do not verbally attack the participants. I live in Canada and last night I watched a program on TV dealing with religion. The participants were Catholic Christians, Protestant Christians, Muslims, Jewish, Buddist and Sikh. There were no*f* words and although the participants did not agree with each other all of them acknowledged that respect for other religions was imperative. So please don't tell us to censor discussions on religion. Tell us that you wish these discussions should be conducted in a respectful manner. Yes, some religions are critizised for their shortcomings, all religions have shortcomings but instead of going on the attack acknowledge the weaknesses and the desire to correct them.

I agree that this discussion should be done and at the same time should be respected but when critizisation starts then everything comes to an end. Then everyone will start critisizing other religion and that will lead to fight. So i think that such discussion should be done instead of critisizing other religion and everyone should be careful in what they speak about others. Am i right?????

People will always have something to say on most subjects, religion being one of those. There are loads and loads of discussions about cricket on here lately, I don't respond to those either. However, perhaps I could suggest you are a little more thoughtful about your language in your postings hun, this one could end up deleted if it gets reported.

I dont think it will get deleted. When discussion which can create a war between different religions are not getting delelted then how come mine? Even if it gets deleted i am not bothered, i am not telling anything wrong in this discussions. I want peace to prevail in this site and not fight between users due to religion!

Be careful with expletives, as this is what get most people flared up. If you really do not want to sow hatred, I suggest you skip using those. As for criticisms in religion, I guess many believe in freedom of providing their insights on things. So for me, criticisms are fine, as long the parties involved know that the discussions are mere discussions, not attack on one another's individuality. These are just exchanges of opinions. But if there were would be violence involved, whether verbal or physical, that's the time that some intervention should be done. If you don't want to talk about religion, then just skip it. Don't waste your time with it. You have every right not to discuss whatever you think is not worth your time. But other people have their rights, too. So, about having to delete those discussions, I don't think it is a good idea.
