My 3 year old is going to pre-school. The teachers have asked to pack him finger foods that are not messy in a lunch box. My son is not a good eater. What would be the best lunch for him? I really don't want him to stay without food for four hours. Please help.

My 19mth old sone loves grapes, little backs of mini biscuits. You could also cut a sandwich into little squares. Put a tiny bit of butter on it and a slice of ham or cheese, which ever you child prefers. Your child can't make much of a mess with these.
