What do you think of Windows Vista so far?

I just recently installed it on my desktop. It's nice and all, and the aero feature is cool, but I really doubt I'll even use it... The new programs menu is a pain to navigate through, and it runs terribly slow. I'm liking it, but there are definitely things microsoft could have done better. It's not that much different than xp, and definitely not as impressive as xp was. And considering that I bought a completely new PC to run it, I can't help but feel I could have just gotten a mac....
