Creamy Coffee Eggnog

4 cups freshly brewed coffee, cooled 4 cups (1 Quart prepared eggnog) 2 tubs (8 oz each) Cool Whip, thawed and divided 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 cup rum (optional) Ground nutmeg Mix coffee, eggnog, 1 tub whipped toppingg and cinnamon in large bowl with wire whisk. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top each serving with a spoonful of remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with nutmeg. Store any leftover eggnog in the refrigerator. Makes 32 servings.
