Do you download or watch tv shows on your computer?

I would love to have this option since our channels here are limited and sometime shows are moved to another channel that we don´t have. Also, many shows are a few weeks behind in the episodes that they show here. However, I have tried a couple of different tv shows online and they always come up saying that the option is only available in the US! :(

I haven't yet, but when I get a wide screen monitor, I probably will. My husband's retiring and he loves some shows that I actually detest. No they are not the action and adventure type. However I am too busy doing other things and I would rather go in the living room and laze on the couch.

I must admit I have never watched a tv program on my computer. I have 3 tvs in the house and guess I've just always figured that is what they are for - I do my best to conserve my computer for more important things. Since getting my new laptop my son isn't even allowed to use it because I don't want him 'playing games' on it.

Of course I love downloading them as you well know. I can't be around to watch them when they're on TV so I either get you to record them or download them off the internet.

I prefer watch tv shows on the tv but it's kind of difficult because there are no many tv shows airing on the channels. So I download them and I use it like a tv: all screen :) And I like to see the same episodes twice or more =)

Yes I do. As here I am hard to watch any Chinese shows and it made me homesick. Therefore I found some from the internet and enjoy. I guess it must be those people like me missing our home invented the viwer. :) I wouls say it is almost the same convinient and easy to watch a computer as watching TV. But some computer show doesn't have a good resolution and I can do nothing about it. Furthermore, a computer does not come with a remote control and I can't expect watching on my big screen monitor on bed and switch it off right after.
