crispy spinach - anyone here have try them?!

I have try this crispy leaf in my place and it taste nice. It is also good as it is a healthy vegetable. You can try them out with the recipe below.
CRISP SPINACH
large spinach leaves, cleaned & dried
80 g rice flour
20 g plain flour
20 g corn flour
salt to taste
pinch of turmeric powder
pinch of white pepper powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp fennel powder
200-220 ml water
oil for deep-frying
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add water a little at a time till batter is smooth.
Heat oil. Deep spinach leaf one at a time and drop into hot oil. Do not overcrowd. When crisp and brown, remove and drain on kitchen paper
