How to control a kind of feeling

There are all kinds of feelings in our dailylife. Such as love,move,angry,vitality,sad,pain and so on. Most of them we can not control well when they come to us. I mean that ,at least we can not control them well in a short time. Some of this feelings may lead to crime. Such situation become more and more with the developing of society.

absolutely you are right. in the modern time, healty is not only the health of your body, but also your psychology. psychology health is more important for a person. so we should control our mood or feeling . we should optimistic, but not pessimistic. we should happy, but not sad. we should love, but not hate. we should laugh, but not cry. hi, friend, in a word, we should be the host of our mood.
