I am trying to use azureus to download, but someone fiddled with my incoming port numbers, could someone recommend a good port number for incoming tcp/upd listening port number, I currently have it on 4167 but that's no good as it says I have a NAT problem. Thanks.

Your router/modem is probably blocking most ports with it's NAT firewall settings. You will need to go into it to change the settings and allow a port to open. Personally I would then close it again after use to plug holes in your firewall.

Hi! I am also using VUze (Azureus) for quite some time now, but never really understand all the settings. Last night, I did the NAT/Firewall test is it said that the port is not opened, etc. I thought the yellow smileys are the best download speed but I was wrong. It should be green.. hehehe.. Anyway, I tried everything to configure my laptop setting and our router/modem as the guide said but to no avail. (I already made virtual server setting in our us robotics modem) I tried different port numbers and even ip address, and still cannot get the good combination. I am sure it is only in our modem.. Anyway, I will try again after a while. For now, yellow smileys are good for me as long as I am getting my movies...
