If by quirk of sudden strange events you became the ruler of your country, what would be on the top 10 list of priorities to do? What would you legalize and what would you ban? What laws would you change or bring into practice? etc etc.

Oh my friend, this is such a hard question - one that I honestly have not thought about and not too interested in. Not because it is not a good question (don't worry, it is), but that it takes someone really interested in politics and/or governance to be able to answer this right. I just want to rule the world. For policies, I would rather appoint some ministers and shove the dirty work to them. :P
