do you all get vertified to the paypal to leak the number of credit card ?due to i have no credit card at the moment, do you think whether i need to fill up the black on the credit card and get verified.will the action will be subject to transference of extra money?

but it is quite diffient for me to earn decent extra money ,often,i only can gain about us$ 0.2.and when i uploaded the photo just the photo i am using .but there is no money into my earning list,how come?
