It is spring time already. I have seen people watering their lawns after they have thrown some seeds over them. Please tell me, are there seeds for grass? My lawn is very bare after the winter. I have some green sprouts here and there but that's it. The grass is not like velvet, as I expected. How can I have a nice, green, smooth lawn full of healthy grass? Please help. Thanks in advance.

First of all, grass can only grow from seeds. If you go to the Scotts website at: http://www.scotts.com/index.cfm/event/AnnualProgram.Home/cid/9B33C944-65BF-EE24-2213-2B28F17EC0DD/tkn/13226464 you enter your zip code and it tells you which seeds to place on your lawn depending on the heat in your area and what time of year it is. I've always used this site and had great results with my lawn. Have fun!
