which is important?

What do u think is important for someone to maintain health and fitness?Drinking a lot of water and maintaing a diet or doing a lot of exercises daily and visiting the gym..

I think everything you have mentioned is important for everyone including excercise,daily jogging,loads of water and maintaining a good diet.Keeps a person active physically and mentally,relaxes the stressed situation caused by the personal and office problems,one should plan a good time table to do every recreational activity at the most available time one had in whole day.

Yes u r right but for a working person when he has a bus schedule and it is difficult to take out time for himself then , its difficult to maintain.So, for his fitness he has to do something and be conscious .Again mainataining a diet is also difficult .So wht do u think wud be better for a man with a very hectic schedule to maintain his fitness

I belive maintaining a healthy diet with lots of fibers , a good amount of balanced drinking and some hours of excersise is enough to keep us healthy , biut if you prefer to be arnold, or stallone then you have top visit the gym thrice a week .
