Create a song

Usually, I or shall I say we, my husband and I write good songs whenever we feel inspired. He's great with the guitar and he gets it easily when I hum how I would like it to sound like. Then I write the lyrics, mostly about being there for each other, sometimes sad songs too. Then we sing the song, make some improvements when needed. Then, we ask some friends or family to listen to it and tell us what they think about it and thankfully, they were really helpful as to telling us what we should work on more, or if the song is good, or if it lacks something.
