My little one is 6 months old now, but that first kick/movement was just indescribable. I remember when and where it happened. It was at Panda Express (one of my fav. places to eat while preg.) and dh and I were discussing my mother in law. I was quite upset, and it was kinda like he was telling me to calm down and relax. I was about 20 or 22 weeks along, and it was the BEST feeling ever. My whole pregnancy I enjoyed and expected the movement. Words cannot describe what a wonderful feeling this is

Wow, I haven't thought about this is a long time cherriemae. Yes it was a totally awesone experience. The coolest moment that I remember is holding my new baby cousin while I was pregnant. I had him laying on my lap, his feet were touching my stomache. I was pregnant with my oldest daughter and she started kicking. I lifted up the shirt I was wearing to uncover my belly, and could see her foot through my belly, My new cousin and her started pushing their feet against each others playing footies. It was so funny, her my baby still in the womb was playing with my cousin new born baby. They both turn 11 this year and still today put their feet against each other and plays footies.

My kids are 16 and 14 now. But I still haven't forgotten what it was like to feel their first movements inside me. It is such a wonderful feeling to have that first fluttering going through your tummy. It's like "Whoa! There's life inside me!". It is so awe inspiring and amazing.

I can still remember that when I was heavy with child, for our youngest in the family, my first and second children will always be touching my big, bloated tummy...hugging and kissing it, then whispering words of love. Those tender moments will stay forever in my heart. Then, how excitement will touch the two of them everytime the baby moves and kicks. If my pregnancies with my first two kids were amazing, the last one was so much more because, I had my children who shared it with me.

Those first movements are pretty special, alright, like tiny tickles inside! But I do have to mention that by the end of the pregnancy, they arenĀ“t cute little wiggles anymore! :) I am 8 months pregnant and my unborn son delights in trying to dislocate my ribs! I frequently have to push his wayward little knees and feet back into position when he tries to escape through my belly button. So enjoy the soft movements now while you can. :)

Congratulations cherriemae !!!!! I'm really happy for you. when I was having my daughter, words are just not enough to describe how I felt. Still, my daughter is now 4 years old and my feeling and love for her just beyond words. Eveytime we look at her and look back all the picture from the moment she's still in my tummy we just dropped some tears of happiness and blessed. All I can say, cherish every moment of it....by the way, have you tried 3D baby echo ???? I did and it was amazing !!!

Yep that is it, that is how I felt too, it was so amazing to know that a tiny person was growing inside of me. It made so happy that there are no words for it.

At first there was flutter like feelings. No much though. I was more aware when the baby was more formed and then we seemed to slowly have a relationship. Hubby could put warm hand on belly and the baby would move to other side. Also a plate set on tummy would be kicked and that was funny. I made sure to be happy, dance and sing so that the baby would think of fun and living. With my last baby I did alot of word games like Scrabble and stuff.

My son was such a mover when I was pregnant with him. It was so exciting, especially at first. By the time I was ready to deliver, I was so big that my belly would touch some of the guys' heads when I was cutting their hair, especially if I was cutting their bangs, from behind. Most of them thought it was pretty funny when my little man would haul off and kick them as soon as my belly touched them! One guy was really startled, though. He was reading a magazine and I guess hadn't really paid any attention to me when he came in (even in my smock, it was OBVIOUS I was pregnant). My baby kicked him, and he jumped. It was funny. He laughed once he realized that it was the baby kicking. I guess at first he just thought I hit him!

When I was pregnant with my first I was really looking forward to feel the baby's first movement and when it finally did for the first time I was so excited I call my husband on his work and started telling all my friends and my family and ever since I always wait for the baby to move everyday... Now In my second pregnancy I'm as excited as I was with the first one only I didn't really phone everyone I know but I was really happy because my husband was in the there with me...xx

When I first felt it, it's good that my husband was aroud to immediately attend to my call about the kick of the baby. It was a 3 to 5 second raise in my tummy that felt like the elbow, and then before it went back, my husband was able to touch it. Let me also add about the doppler where you can hear the baby's heartbeats. It was really a very rewarding and priceless experience that many married couples pray so hard for it.

I enjoy it for the most part lol. But when his bum is in my liver, and the rest of him is going hog wild, i start to wonder if there is 1 or 5 in there lol. As long as hes not using the bladder for a trampoline and my cervix for a punching bag i think we will do just fine. Seriously though, i really like it when he moves around, and we can interact with him when hes moving by pushing back. Or my son put a flashlight on my belly, and the baby moved, which got my son all excited. Its those fun things about being pregnant :)

I've never felt it inside of me because I have never been pregnant but I have had my hand on a woman's belly when her baby has kicked inside of her. It's amazing from the outside, but it must be wonderful to have the baby on the inside. What an amazing feeling that ust be.
