There's not a lot you do, apart from tell her. You can't make someone love you, and you can't make them stop loving someone else.
Such is life I'm afraid, and most of us have to go through something similar in our lives.

Being in your situation is really hard. It's not easy to tell someone that you love her specially if she is in love with someone else. However, it is still best that you let her know. You will never know unless you try but you have to be prepared for the worst answer for you not be get hurt that much.

If she had a boyfriend, forget it! But if she doesn't, you must tell her even if she loves someone. That way, she can choose among the two of you.
