What is a pleasure for you when you see it on your plate : a piece of meat or a nice slice of fish ? Or none of them ? Or both ?

if given the chance to choose between the two, i'd go for meat, specifically pork meat. i just love the taste especially if it's cooked in adobo style (a filipino favorite). i do love beef and fish, too. however, i still rank pork meat number one compared to them.
