Ah that's terrible... if you guys are married though I don't see why he would be rejected. They should allow him to enter especially if you have kids.

Why has he been turned down? You hear all these stories of people getting married etc purely as a cover so one of them can gain a visa. It sickens me that a genuine case is refused when hundreds of phoney cases are approved. I have just replied to your post about your two year old. This could be another reason for his troubles. He could be picking up on your tenseness and unease and acting out because of it. It is suggested that alot of young children's behaviour is often mirrored in their parents. Ie If mum is tense and stressed the child can become that way too. It doesn't make us bad parents. But possibly worth a think!
