What will I Do?

My Husband lost money again... and were only four in the house, me, my husband, my 10 months old baby and his nanny... Of course, it's my thinking that the nanny get the money from my husband... but how will i ask her??? what will i do?

That is a hard one. It depends on how much support you get from your husband. Maybe limit how much money is in the house, limit how much spending money each of you have. Have you talked it over with him at all? Do you have any reasons to suspect that he is giving her the money, rather than maybe her taking it, or even him spending it on something he doesn't want you to know about.

Actually both me and my husband suspected our nanny that she's taking some of our money..

Well in that case both of you together either need to talk to her about it, confront her about it or maybe even fire her. It depends on how talking to her goes.
