whazup with periods?

Do you know why we have period? It is a normal female excretion of blood that is no longer useful to our system. Does having your period hurt? Does having your period smell?

well you have a period because every month your body prepares itself to have a baby... it fills the uterus with blood for the possible fetus... if you don't get pregnant well than it has to get rid of that blood. You get cramps and stuff and those hurt... but the actual process of releasing blood doesn't hurt... and well if you don't clean up yeah it'll stink. lol
