No excuses just buy a ticket

With TCs being asked to either meet penalty collection targets or face a transfer out of the city,the men in black are in never mood to spare their'quarry'.They just want to know how to charge those who are travelling without ticket.Sometimes there may certain excuse which you can't neglect.TCs must understand them in certain stage.
what yours opinions against this please give your ideas
what you think TCs should be so strick.Say Yes or No and why

yes the tc should be strict .Nowdays if u want to live in this world u ahve to follow some rules and regulations for all the things.
democrate country that doesnot mean everyone shold take it for granted. if u obey rules u r in safe hands. if we donot many the money then how a government will receive income to work out their plans for us
