Yes, I really hate it when people waste my time by making me wait.

yes i get annoyed when someone is late because they are wasting my time.when you agree to be there be there dont wast time just cause you want to,atleast i dont get up and leave the person i wait and wait,but when they get here they better have the best excuse ever.

yes, almost as annoyed as when people insist on using short forms for real short words like 'are' and 'you' and 'am' and 'and'. it only takes a fraction of a second but these people are too lazy to type even that much

It depends HOW late they are and in what situation .... If we are meeting very early and it really angered me to wake up so early, I will be mad if they are not on time, although I consider under 10 min late is acceptable. If someone calls me to tell me he or she will be late ..it is also more acceptable.. If the person was meeting me for us to do a project that I CAN start without that person, it doesn't bother me that much that the person is late. I tend to be OK with people that are later cuz It can happend to me also sometimes ...But I hate when someone is ALWAYS late ..that really bothers me !
