Are celery leaves food for any recipes?

Ooohh...what I do with the celery tops is I boil them as a base to my soups. It gives it a real sharp flavour that melds well with the broth. But, I would break the leaves off so it would taste better and be eatten easier rather than huge chunks. Make sure to use onions and salt...yummy yummy...oh, and carrots!
