How to trim off excess bulges around my waist area?

I go to the gym 3 times a week, I'll watch my diet, but still my problem is this...I want to have a nice abs...Need your advice.

Even if you go to the gym but neglect to put focus on your abdominals, then you will get slimmer but not have nice abs. Many fitness instructors and specialists recommend core (abdominal) training exercises, because the tummy is the center of all our movement. Sit ups and lots of it, torsion rotations, side bends, do back strengthening exercises also. If you can do them using a power ball much better. Why? because you will constantly need to keep your balance to avoid falling from the ball, in so doing you engage your "core" muscle all the time, keeping it contracted. Do also with your other sitted weight lifting exercises too if possible. Then give us all a pose shot of you after you accomplished your goal.....just kidding. Hope this helps.

sit ups can help, cut down on rice, avoid eating too much @dinner,exercise regularly.

Trimming of excess bulges around waist, i have also before. I also enrolled to the gym. And since you also go to the gym the best equipment for that is the ROTARY TORSO. I love that. Take around 40 pounds at 4 sets per session and you're done. I also love TRANSPORT since it build muscle from kness up to your waist including the buttocks. :)
