How to collect debt to your friend?

many of us cant ask directly about the debt of our friends from us,coz we felt embarassed,but how if we urgently need it?/?honestly i have no idea how to deal with that,sometimes if it takes along time ill probably forget it....:(

if it was my friend i would just ask them about the money they owe me.dont be embarassed about it.were they embarassed when they asked you for the money?just be honest with them an tell them you really need your money back.if they are your friend they will understand.
