Is Slash a great guitarist? / myLot

Slash is one of the most famous rock guitarists. His style and appearance are well-known...but what about his technique? Many people say he is really overrated... I think he is a very good guitarist with a great taste (his solo melodies are wonderful!).

I don't know about technique, but rock'n roll ain't about technique. Slash is definitely rockin' and that's the main thing.

i still haven't heard his solo pieces, but i know he's good..i mean very good. a lot of people doesn't like much his type of music but for me, he's cool! by the way, i haven't seen him performer for quite long now..good thing you brought it out.

SLASH is FLASH, but he's great. Other greats: SANTANA, ERIC CLAPTON, STEVIE RAY (although he's gone)only to name a few of the few.
