Account of Bank

You should be the citizen of USA otherwise you have no right of opening a bank account in USA.I don't know the regulations on it well.I always think about your question for European banks.For example as Turkish citizen,can I open a bank account in England or Switzerland or one of the banks of these countries in branches in Turkey.Do you have any idea on it?Why do you want to open an USA bank account.There is one thing missing,in order to open USA bank account you should have Social Security Number.

If they are a US citizen sure they can open up a bank account.There should not be a problem.dO you know somebody that couldn't?
