Cheap things to buy in Vietnam? / myLot

I'm wondering if clothes are cheap to buy in this country. If so, what shops are worth going to and what is their address? Do they have a website? What other items are cheap to get in Vietnam? Are hats, DVD's and others comparably cheap there than in America or Australia? All input is appreciated.

Yes, in Vietnam everything is cheap but you will buy it on street not in the shop. Website is also available but you have to learn vietnamese language. DVD is poor quanty. You can buy some electric device, it may cheaper than americal.

I don't know if these is cheap or not, as I have no idea what the prices are of shirts in the regular store as I wear all hand me downs, or stuff brought in a pawn shop.....
