Sometimes, I noticed I just sneeze without any further reason. I was not in a dusty room or I was not even sick that time. What could be the reason for that?? Do you hate it??

I dont sneeze regularly. But I do sneeze when Im sick or when Im in a dusty room or while travelling for lond distances etc...I do sneeze sometimes when I dont have any of these risk factors around(like you said)...In your case,Ithink you may be allergic to some object..Thats why you snezze..So better look around and see if you are sneezing while you are in close contact with something? We all sneeze because, its a mechanism by the human body to get rid of germs and dust and other foreign particles which enter our body through our nose. There are variuos receptors involved in creating such a response.Basically speaking, all these foreign particles, produce an irritation in the nasl and laryngeal mucosal lining, which trigger a sneeze reflex to start with which will drive out all these foreign particles.

We sneeze to clear our breathing passages. We all have a natural reflex to sneeze whenever a small foreign substance enters our airways. So don’t hold back your sneezes. Yes I do hate sneezing coz I feel my heart will stop beating.
