Simple Exercise

I plan to make a simple exercise program,for health reason (maybe), weight loss reason (maybe) or even just being a follower to find out why (some)people like exercise. Can you offer me a simple exercise plan for me, a simple plan where i dont have to run out my sweat, feel hurt in my muscle...

I would suggest that your must try to walk at least a block everyday, gradually increasing the number of blocks per week in that way your body will not be forced to do so.
