Did you ever do a massage? I did - and to tell you the truth, I never actualy felt anything special about it. At least until someone massaged me with a mag creator - in a technic called Roll Out. This massage gives a new meaning to deep massage. It realy penetrates into you, and you realy feel energies going there. This is a real improvement to my quality of life. Did you experienced that kind of massage? Did you experienced a kind of massage that improved your quality of life?

Massage does wonder for me. The massager told that it is good because massage ease blood circulation. We know after some time our veins may got 'stuck', if less blood go into a vital organ, the organ will weak. For an example, if less blood goes into our brain then the brain will tired, lack of focus etc. Massage also lessen muscle tension. I feel great after massage. Massage is very expensive in my place. So, what I have done now is massaging my feet, 2-3 times a week. Its not as good as full body massage, but I can feel a different after touching reflexology points there!

I fin dmassage a really useful tyechnique and love to recieve massage myself whenever possible. Often its the only way I can really relax. My job is very stressful and I work a lot when I am not there and I do find it very hard to switch off. Often a massage will send me to sleep, which I am sure is the best thing for me most of the time.

Yes i get massage done once in a month . I love to get massaged . I get massaged from a doctor who lives near by and charged very low only 4$ for one hour massage and it's very relaxing too . Life is like a massage parlour in that you have to PAY for a happy ending.... Like everything else in life, nothing is free...
