Star beside my nick.Rating system : how it work?

recently i just reached 100 post. get a star beside my nick. from what i know its a rating system. but how this system work? what 1 star mean and 10 stars mean? will it affect my earning?

I wish I could help you more, but all I know is the higher the number the higher your rating, and you have a greater earning potential. Why or how I don't really know maybe someone who has been around longer can help with that part.

i see. i wish my lot has included this on their faq. it'll make lives easier on everybody. i hope they post a guidance on how and when + or - rating should be used.
