Someting happening in the surf world?

Have anyone heard rumors that something is about to happen in the paid to surf world? I just heard that something is going on, but not exactly what... Can someone help me out!?

I noticed that most of auto surf sites changing their payment processors. Turning from e-gold to CEP TRUST processor. At first everything looked O.K. for me, but then I run into one post on some blog where author said that people who run CEP TRUST are the same who run Storm Pay few years ago. That is strange, because Storm Pay turn out to be the biggest scam in the history of industry.
