Will employers want to hire older workers because the cost of health insurance?

We all know that premiums in the United States are mostly based on the age of the employee. Will anyone want to hire an older worker if the company kicks in a portion of the premium? Now with the retirement age for social security and people living longer how will people survive with the cost of medical care and medication. Will employers want to hire younger people to keep their pool of employees younger to reduce costs of health insurance? Are you concerned about this matter?
