Really? What do you think of our tendency to idealize those who have died? What does the phrase "don't speak ill of the dead" mean to you? Why do you think we came up with it? I understand the concept that it's just rude to insult someone who can't fight back, but clearly, in a culture (planet) that's really too fond of idealizing the past, this seems to go a little far sometimes. Does this ever annoy you? Do you think we could reach a happy medium?
