In my country, many young girls want to lose weight even though they are very very thin. Because they think that thin to be equal to beauty. But I feel health is the most important thing, if your BMI (body mass index) is normal, you would not to worry about your body weight. I want to know the thinking of everybody, please tell me your thinking, we can discuss this interesting topic.
