why I sent the sample to our customer ,but they dont answer me

perplexed me that i quoted my customer and answer any question they asked ,and sent him the sample ,but after we sent the sample ,no response ,why that?who can advise me? thanks

Your customer was checking out the product and company. After doing so decided it was not what he wanted. No response is basically a no thanks. Atleast that is what I think. By the way, did you contact the customer to find if he received the sample?
