Arrival of rainy season often makes me hot temperred!

I do not lke rainfall at all due to which whenever it rains I become very angry.Do you have any idea to cool myself.

I get depressed when its rainy and sleepy too. Sounds like you have lots of rain over there and I can understand that gets you upset, I don't know what you can do but just watch the rainfall and try to relax.
