Anger, they say is to be avoided at all times. There should be a good reason to be angry. But is it really possible not to be angry at all times? There are several situations in a day that easily make us angry. What do you really think?

Anger is normal. It's a coping mechanism. There are reasons why people get angry. But it's not good for our health. It's better if we can release that feeling that keep it inside.

If we can avoid people who are easily offended, we will not be easily angry ourselves. We can also learn to understand otheres, by experience, and that makes us feel more empathy. If people behave badly, I often think that their brain would need some omega3 fats - that has helped me to become more calm, more understanding and balanced. If we every day think of something we can be greatful for, we will feel much happier and a happy person does not feel angry so easily.
