How to keep healthy?

As we all know,vegetables are good for our health.There are so many kinds of vegetables. Do you know which sort we shall choose?Which vegetable is best for our healthy?Can you give me some advice?

We grow tomato, onion and drumstick as of now in our garden I love carrot and ladies finger very much I love eating veges it very good for health and i take them regularly

Actually vegetables are not the only one that good for our health.Vegetables just one of types of food that we have to eat in our diet.To make it more clear, you can refer to the food pyramid that conclude our diet.A balanced diet is one that includes all the food groups.But I can't denied that vegetables are good for our health. I love vegetables too.This is the list of most nutricious vegetables:spinard,charch,kale,broccholi,carrots. p/s:Not to forget about fruits.MMmmm.Yummy.:)

Hi! First of all, welcome to myLot! I do believe that all vegetables are important, but what's important to you may not be as important to another person. What I mean by this is it depends on your needs. If, let's say, you're deficient in Vitamin C, then you need to eat more carrots or other succulent vitamin C-containing veggies. If you have a history of heart disease, then alpha-omega containing ones are good, like tomatoes (oh, I think this a fruit, but there are lots of other veggies as well for this). It really depends on your needs, although I can say that carrots are really good for cancer, eyesight, and other afflictions. Happy myLotting!

Eat right and balanced diets. Exercise. Unstress yourself. Be easy on others. Enjoy life. Smile always. Be a good person. And you will be healthy for the rest of your life. Don't forget to take right amount of sleep. And take your vitamins.

As far as I know all the green leafy vegetables are good for you. So don't be choosy just buy them all greens vegies. Try to experiment with cooking. I like my vegies steamed.

Basically all vegetables have some vitamins in it. But if you used to keep them in refrigerator for a long time that will not be useful for health
