What are the stars near the username?

I noticed that some members have a star near their name with a number in it, what is it? and how can I know if I have one?
I searched the FAQ but couldn't find the answer...

the star is the mylot reputation. this is how other mylot users rate the quality of your discussions as well as the responses you provided in their discussions. this is the percentage of (+) positive ratings other mylotters give you.
star ratings are from 1 to 10, 10 being the highest. the higher the rating, that means the more quality posts you have.
you can have a star rating once you reached 100 posts. so keep doing quality posts, you'll soon have a star. goodluck! :)
