How to convert a scanned image of a page to a word file correctly?

Hey friends, can u help me with this issue.
I need a software that converts scanned images of pages of books to a word file with accuracy and also a software to compare the image and the word file for accuracy.

i dont actually but my friend said that this is possible with microsoft word so check it

I odn't know if this software is even still around, but when I was taking a math course. I found a shareware program where you could can in handwritten pages and it would dump it into a word document. The first few pages were a struggle, but it had 100% accuracy after the program learned my hand writing. I know it was an OCR software. Software may have been Pen Soft Pro.
