The Philadelphia Experiment supposedly took place in 1943. It was an experiment to make a ship that is not detectable by radar. Apparently some things went wrong and rmor goes that the ship travelled in time and that upon it's return sailors on the ship were fused with the ship Read more about it here. http://www.world-mysteries.com/philadelphia_e.htm I think the government does a lot of experiments we are not aware off and probably have technology that we don't know they have. If they were able to pull this off in the 40's,imagine what they are capable of today. Do you think the Philadelphia Experiment happened the way they say it did? I think there is definetely some truth behind it.

I have read the story and a few different accounts on the guy who says he lost his two brothers. Some of it seemed pretty plausible but than a couple years later I read more from the same guy and he said the government had wiped his memory and a few other things that were pretty hard to swallow. So it got pretty strange. I have seen a couple of shows like the old "insearch of" that talked about what happened but none of them seemed to have any real proof. I think the last I read on this subject this guy claims they are doing more experiments now and that they have reopened the time rift. I think there was even some claims that the government was working with aliens from another dimmension. But for the sake of arguement lets just say we take the atom bomb, looking at what we have done with that it is very freightening to think of what they may be doing now after sixty years.
