I think Senderos would be the right one, even he is not in his best shape at the moment.

Senderos is good at defence, isn't he? I thought he doesn't play the forward position?

even senderos is in the best shape that he never had..im quite sure he can't reach the opponent goalpost by using his feet..better heading than kicking (i mean clearance) he he just kidding..senderos is a central defender, how come he can be a striker?

they shud really think of buying good qualities strikers, and i mean it, the young lads are simply too early to be brought into stage and carry the name of 1st team of Arsenal...too early

i think Arsenal should buy quality striker during the off-season. probably David Villa, Miroslav Klose, Samuel Eto. then, bring Walcott slowly. Baptista seems not the answer. Van Persie is injury prone. the best lesson is experiences. The midfielders should be able to stand out next season.

I think Adebayor doesn't really play well with Baptista, but both of them are actually quite good, perhaps they haven't really get along with each other yet. I think Walcott is too fresh, but practice always makes perfect. Without any other choices, I still think Adebayor with Baptista is a good match. That's only my opinion. ^_^

i think this is the best time for theo walcott, adebayor and jeremie aliediere (how to spell his name?) to show their best performance and talent.. im not sure if Julio Baptista can replace that position since all of us know that his position is AMC(attacking midfielder center), where he can show his special ability if he is in the middle of the field..to be a striker, baptista is not the best choice..i miss dennis bergkamp..

I think when baptista played for sevilla he was used as a central attacking midfield player then he got converted as a striker. He scored like 30 goals in one season i remember. i think he should play behind the striker. Adebayor should lead the attack as he can hold the ball and also he is a better header of the ball. Aliadiere is good. But he needs more strength in keeping the ball. he is better on the left side similar to how henry started his career. Walcott is still young and i think he is played out of position. Wenger is trying to make him like henry but he is not good at crossing the ball from either side. He should play the berkgamp/van persie role as he did score his first goal for arsenal in that position.

currently we only have adebayor, baptista and alliadiere since walcott is also out injured for the rest of the season. personally, i would prefer the partnering of adebayor and alliadiere. leave baptista out. he's not improving although has been given fair amount of first team appearances.

I think its a good idea to bring walcott with adebayor in front, it would be good for wallcott to prove that he may be young but he can score and provide scoring chances, like other experienced players, after all thats why he was bought by arsenal. I think he could be one of those special players in the future. On the other hand baptista has been the most disappointing player for me this season.

I disagree. Adebayor and Baptista have played several times together now and I don't think their partnership has yielded good results. I think a big small combination works best. So it could be Baptista and Aliadere or Adebayor and Walcot.
