What is the main fear of quitting smoking?

Why is it that most smokers say they would love to give up but don't?

I don't smoke, but my mother does. Her excuse not to stop is always gaining weight.

Im smoker.. My fear is i cannot concentrate when im stop smoking. I dont know but that the truth i fell..
