Bug in referral URL link? please help or its just me?

Hi myLotters, is this normal that when we give our referral url link as listed herein our home page that it should direct itself to registration, instead the case was it links directly to our homepage, bypassing the security of logging in?Me & some of my friends were trying out his new webpage, currently under construction, when we clicked the link for his referral ID, it went in directly to his homepage, bypassing the usual security of logging in user & pass. Please lets discuss guys, how to do it properly or remedy this. Im also sending a note to the admin, as well.
