I hate all the stereotyping....

I just had to get this off my chest. I hate seeing discussions that start with,'Why do men...','Why do women...' etc because it puts everyone of a certain gender, race etc in a box, so to speak. Why can't people start with,'why do SOME men/women/people...'? You are going to find good and bad traits in people wherever you go, regardless of gender, race, religion and so on.

bcoz some things are like that which can be discuss in womens and some things are which can be discuss with men onlt can u discuss the topic of grls about their makeup their wearings their internal problems would u like to respond will u discuss with them or with boy so it is done how old r u can u even understand that what is men and what is women can u unedrstand the difference between them dear

But not ALL women wear makeup, earrings etc..just like not all men are insensitive and so on.

I can only think it is because they want people of the opposite gender to respond. Of course either can can respond to any discussion so that may not work as well as they hoped for.

I've just seen on that starts,'Are gay people tidier than straight people'!...o I hate it!

I agree..we should never say things apply to all people just because they belong to a certain group, gender,creed or race..stereotyping is definitely wrong..I try to avoid this;+

I couldn't agree with you more. People are different and have different characters. We have tendency for generalization.
