There are a few quick recipes that I use to make... Fried egg sandwich : you take a sandwich (shape you prefer), put butter (also good with mayonnaise), fry an egg, spice it the way you prefer, put the egg on the sandwich and it's ready! And for the others, well, it's more like everything that can be put together will be! Like noodles with tomatoes and pieces of ham and / or cheese, same thing can be done with patatoes, any kind of vegetable and chicken, etc. The only thing that takes time is to cook the noodles... If this is already done, than in only 2-3 min in the microwaves and it's ready.

One indian recipe for u Lemon rice Cook basmati rice fry 1 onion cut on slices 1 tablespoon of red lentils (not cooked) on olive oil add pinch of salt half of chilly and when onion and lentils are fried add turmeric remove chilly and mix rice with onion and lentils. Add half to whole lemon, depending how u like to taste This is amazing meal!
