do you exercise daily?

do you go to gym or do you do anything to improve your body structure?

It would not be wise to exercise every day, but I do exercise at least 4 days a week.. Must always allow for rest days once in a while.

Well, not really everyday coz'I also have other stuff to do. I usually jog twice a week, and that's only when I'm not busy with school work and church activities. If i'm really free, i'd go jogging thrice a week or even increase it ;) But recently, I haven't been jogging at all :( Need to work on that..

I do not exercise regularly. Cycling is one of the thing I do to improve the body structure and keep in good health. I do not do cycling daliy, but I am trying to go for cycling as far as possible. Walking is another exercise I do and climbing stairs is another exercise I do. I think exercise like cycling helps to keep a person in shape and in good health. Also, cycling requires less time and money than any other exercise. Swimming is another exercise I like and I love spending time on the beaches.

I try to exercise daily but was not successful, I have scale down to twice a week. On a daily basis, I will try to make 10,000 steps, I used a pedometer to keep track of the number of steps, on an average I made 7000 steps, thus I will walk around my house to make up to 10,000 steps.

I never go to a gym. I did have a membership at Curves several years back, but didn't really use it. I prefer to exercise in the privacy of my home or by walking. I don't work out every day, but perhaps 3-4 times a week. I either treadmill, ab-lounge, or do a workout video. Now that summer is upon us, I will be swimming in the pool again soon. I can't wait.
